Are your ingredients frozen?
Absolutely not! We source our fish locally and ensure that it is fresh when we serve our dishes to you. Our only limitations are dishes that use ingredients imported from Japan, and the fact we are required by law to chill the fish at a certain temperature before serving to ensure the safety of your health.
